If any repair occurred in home, Renter will pay for all kind of work. 

Example: Plumbing, Electrical and other minor works like fittings, hook, etc.

The Agreement copy also having 11 months of period to renewal and all the list written as favor to owner benefits. 

Every year increasing 3%, 5%, 6%, 10% is making more trouble to renters.

If owner doing any major kind of work in home then it should be fine for some cases (paining, all kind of works, full furnished furniture after one year modification, , etc.). That is also 1 to 3 percent is enough.

Government how think about poor people to make legal rent agreement as per law sections.

In cities no places or no houses to stay and work as a human being livelihood in the society to protect family. All living need of products costs are increased. Education, Hospital, Food related are increased.

A Common man can't able to survive the family with all increments of things.

From 2020 onward there is no salary increments (hike) but owners are increasing rents 5% every year. What is law and where is legal and how to live.

In towns and cities very difficult to to stay in rented houses.

Some areas are having water, drainage, ventilation, purity, protection, electricity, road (can't walk properly especially rainy season) problems.

Government need to come with great notice to owners with proper rules.

And Owners also keeping rent their own amount. This also need to fix as per the house size, facilities, and floors, etc.

In towns and cities you can't able to listen the rent of houses. Apartments also having more maintenance charges nearly house rent so there is no own house.

Money makes rules and looting the peoples hard work by increasing the cost of all things which are required to man to live. 

Save money how much is possible and think for future.

Make saved money into double and more increments to invest on others like business, banking (fixed deposits), mutual funds, stock market, insurances, etc.

Salary is not for worth it is need for entire family to survive their life.

Calculating a Salary is not for a person worth (he/she), it needs to calculate for a family worth. Then only salary and job is suitable for a person as employee position in the company or any kind of job.

If salary is not enough, he/she is not able to work properly and he can't able solve the issues in the family and in the job.

Better salary makes comfortable to develop himself and improving his/her skills and he/she gets self motivating to do better and reaching the company goals as well as individual goals in the short time.

If one person working or more than a person working in the family, the salary needs or required for all the family members.

A person grows in a family by studying until to get the job, the family members are struggled with many problems and situations as a long duration (approximately 25 years).

The sky is a lighting dome clock

The sky is a lighting dome clock.

It is magical lighting and having two ways/colors as day and night.

One side (East) of dome sun rises and sky glowing with shine and the sky color looks light blue and half of the day sun reaches other side (West - opposite side of East) of dome and looks gray and slowly changes to dark gray (black).

In the early morning sky looks gray color and changes along with sun to the blue color and same as evening changes to gray and slowly moved to the dark gray color and it looks black and reveals the night. 

The sky having morning Sun and night having Moon along with many stars with beautiful shines.

The Sun is very energetic in the universe and gives lighting (looking around the sky) and energy to the every living beings (organisms). The sun gives lighting to the entire sky dome from morning to evening as half day (12 hours).

Around the sky clouds are forming and moving with different shapes. Clouds are having two colors white and gray also with sun rays it changes with many colors along with different shapes.

The cloud shapes changes along with sun rays and looks different various colors of lighting glows around the sky.

In rainy season the sky looks entire the clouds without sun visibility. It intimates the rain starts/falls.

Rainy time clouds are making sounds or occur sounds and lightning (shining). also heavy sounds of thunders.

The sky makes learning experience on daily basis start the journey from home and reach the destination to work and will come back to home.

The nature having seasons with different temperatures and reflect entire the universe around the sky.

The Life span is 100+ years when you are living naturally with nature and taking care of purity.

Take most of the times natural food and prefer to spend with nature to get health benefits.

Natural food: Growing food items naturally and improve the quality of protein food.

Nature gives so many varieties of food items (you can't taste all items because entire the world having so many varieties [you can able to see but sometimes not able to purchase/taste, sometimes not having the time, sometimes not having a chance, sometimes not interested. and you don't know all the varieties of food items]).

A quality seed is not just for growing to as a tree, it is for giving more seeds to grow more plants for more generations to improve the nature.
