Salary is earned not only for expenditure, it is for savings also.
But some of the Indian MNC's are giving salaries for the purpose of the expenditure (food, cloth, daily needs, health and shelter).
Without savings how to face the future problems and also how to survive the family and how to sustain the growth.
There are no human rights' or norms in the corporate world for raising this type of issues and also there is no Govt. Act for awareness of law and order. These type issues not considered any organization (welfare) and also can't take initiative for supporting employees for sufficient salaries.
Even though employees having 10 years of experience, salaries are not reachable up to market level or cost of living.
