Sleeping is not a Rest in a day, it is also a part of major and important work / task

Sleeping is not a Rest in a day, it is also a part of major and important work / task to get or prepare the body to strengthen and relaxation for tomorrows activities.
With positive thougts by wakeup itself and controling mindful thoughts to plan a day and develop an attitude for daily routine tasks.
And also it captures new things by observing, attracting, aiming, learnings, understanding, experienced with feelings and emotions to control as a human being with all responsibilities and respects either profit or loss.

Continuous 8 hours sleep without distrubance, the body will recover active strength and positive thinking/attitude with healthy.

If you not sleep properly body will not coordinate for doing the day activities.
Without proper sleep body will distrub and unhealthy (weakness, illness, sickness, etc).

The day is divided into light (Sunrise) and dark (Sunset) by nature of stregth according to science.

Everything needs balance as a day for long duration with adjustment and understanding equally.
