You need money then you need to work in the Organization, if you don't need money then you need to work in the Orphanage

You need money then you need to work in the Organization, if you don't need money then you need to work in the Orphanage. 

In the Organization you will get experience but in the Orphanage you need to teach experience and you will get different life experiences.

In the Organization there is no self satisfaction, but in the Orphanage you will get self satisfaction about the life theory.

In every Organization is having entry (In) and exit (Out) ways but in the Orphanage only one entry (In) way is there.

In the Organization you have worked as a self improvement but in the Orphanage there is no self only service/sacrifice is there.

Organization is running with rule based but Orphanage is a running with situation based.

Organization requires qualification and age but Orphanage not required anything.
