Future is going to past when it is old (not useful), past is going to future when it is useful (modern way).

Present is going to past when it is old, otherwise present is going to future when it is new.

Old and new both are needed when the time comes to useful those.

Take an example of thing or information to understand better with different situations at different times.

Tradition (past) goes to future (some change will happen also)

Modern (future) goes to past (new situations will happen to change)

Raw Food (Fruits (Wet/Dry), Nuts, Grains, Coconuts, Ice, Apple, Vegetables, Honey, Palm Nectar, etc. - Infinity of varieties)

If everyone grows fruits plants we can get some raw food freely.

Nowadays (from past eras) humans are taking food with different styles of cooking.

Farmers are required to grow raw food because of Population is more and everyone needs food with different types.

People are eating more types of food (different types of cooking and more varieties of combinations and using storage food) other than other living things.

Every Quality Seed is important to grow and sometimes it gives free of raw food (Benefits: low cost/free, energy, healthy, etc.).

Reading is not just read the words in a sentences, need to understand and explain about the information/content. (Need to know meaning of new words and use frequently to remember, it helps to understand many things)

Need to know the similar meaning of words (synonyms) and understanding the sentences better according to the content or way of writing/narration with intention of information. (utilization of words to make a sentence meaningfully)

Reading of Paragraph is just to know some information and not having complete intention of the event or a lesson.

Complete information or lesson or story or complete news need to understand by reading and know the what are the things are there and why it is happened and who are doing what it is. And need to find the answers if any questions thoughts or raised. Need to get ability to explain and find out the solution if the information having problems. Need to find any wrong or any unrelated or abused way of narrating.

All the things find out and need to take necessary decisions as per the information.

Few information's for study few are knowledge, few are society, few are development, few are family, few are solutions for problems, few are general, few are natural, few are spiritual and so on.

Meaning of word is more powerful than a sentence because you are not able to understand the sentence without knowing the meaning of a word.

Everyone needs to create their own definition about the events then only knowledge improves, without definition can't understand the procedure and can't recognize what is what going and what need to do step by step.

Whenever we follow the definition we will get experience and the event are going to successfully and best improvements in the future then simultaneously it will help to reduce the cost, time, effort, technology, and more. More than 3 years of experience talents in the same company and not getting good salary how it considered as Employee Satisfaction and how employee (he/she) will consider this is the MNC organization.

As a employee he/she need to fulfill roles and responsibilities in the Organization, according to Job Level and also same in the home/family with basic needs and important's.

How to solve the problems in the organization and the same way how to survive the family with basic needs is important in home.

A Human Brain/Mind is having a power of thinking Universal knowledge and also getting a Ultimate Experience. 

Human brain needs to find Ultimate/Permanent solution for any problem but in society Knowledge gives only temporary solutions and also wasting their lives with hard work, loss of amount, wastage energy, time, man power, health, relation, things, materials, so many, etc. 

High Technology or Normal thinking brain functions [process knowledge] are not helpful to reach the final goals. Just making a Business to get the money (someone will get rich and someone will become poor - no equal or permanent solution is not there).

For any policy need to be applicable worldwide or country wide not only a state wide because all human beings are facing same issues with different ways and different times and in different places with different situations.
