Escalation is a learning experience to understand the process well and ensures following the correct procedure and remembering without repetition of mistakes.
Avoiding Escalation:
1. Make a note of the written format and underline the important things
2. Prepare a word or PPT document for clarification and easy to read and understand whenever required for revision. (If required to add points/steps with graphs or screenshots etc.)
3. While working on the same process open referred documents up to you remember the procedure or until you are not missing the sequence of steps.
4. Before completion review the work carefully.
5. If any updates or additional tasks are assigned, need to discuss them with the team and make a note of all new things, if possible, add steps to the existing documents and circulate the entire team otherwise provide the documents in one common SharePoint location and circulate the link.
6. Someone can monitor all work issues daily to know whether all members are following the correct procedure or not to resolve the issues.
7. If possible, create reports for monitoring and find the errors (daily or weekly as per requirement).
8. Weekly once need to discuss any existing(type of issues)/pending issues (need to work) or updates and everyone needs to explain weekly-wise. (This will help to aware of the process and responsibility of work)
