From natural food, body is healthy but for shape needs to do Excercise and Yoga compulsory.
Doing heavy work is not an excercise. Excercise means moving the body in free state and equal enlargement, foldings, bendings, rotating, stretching, controling.
Every moment required observation of 'Breath' and 'Concentration' of body balance and parts of stability.
Body cooperates to excercise and yoga, we can able to work properly and need to take breaks for lengthy work or continuation of work.
Whenever body controlling both Excercise and Yoga, it gives more fitness and healthy.

Take proper Sunrise and Sunset rays to the body and also same time take healty/purified air.
Visit natural places / open places like gardens, play grounds, mountains, rivers, sea (seashore), peaceful temples, unrushed / crowdless areas, etc.
Improve your skills to get healthy and work better forever.
Nature gives healthy environment but we consuming or changing to unhealthy.
The way of preparation and preparing a type of food is decreasing health day by day.
